My name is Julia Kathy Grob and I am currently writing my PhD in the field of sports education and didactics on the topic of young people’s interest in sport. I am involved in the doctoral student representation in order to address current problems and needs of doctoral students and thus work together with the other representatives on the further development of a doctoral situation that is as pleasant and appealing as possible. My main function in the doctoral student representation is to participate in the Senate as an advisory member and to represent our interests in the monthly meetings. <\/p>\n\n

Hello, my name is Nele, and I am a PhD student in sports medicine researching gender differences in various conditions where fatigue plays a key role. In our day-to-day lives, we often lose sight of the bigger picture and feel that we are alone in our struggles and uncertainties. Discussions with PhD students at various stages of their studies show that this is not the case. As part of the PhD student representative body, I see it as my role to establish better networking among like-minded individuals, to address the concerns and needs of this group openly, and to actively advocate for these issues to be heard at an institutional and organizational level. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
