To do this, we need your support! <br\/><br\/>We cordially invite you to participate in our survey. The survey is aimed at current and former doctoral candidates as well as postdocs and takes approximately 8-25 minutes, depending on your personal circumstances. Your experiences and perspectives are invaluable: Only when we know what the challenges are can we advocate effectively for better framework conditions \u2013 whether in supervision, funding, work-life balance, or other aspects of academic life.  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"https:\/\/befragung.uni-mainz.de\/evasys\/public\/online\/index\/input?routing=changeLang&amp;ONLINEID=977901829631955108551818222229382356245164\">To the survey<\/a><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Participation is of course anonymous and confidential.
