Gabryel Emanuele Greco – Classical Philology

My name is Gabryel Emanuele Greco, and I am currently obtaining a doctorate (from … [XY University] with a dissertation on …) on the reception of Marcus Annaeus Lucanus’s epic *Bellum Civile* (1st century CE) in Agrippa d’Aubigné’s epic *Les Tragiques* (1616), with a particular focus on the aspect of nation-building.
As a doctoral student representative, it is important to me to reflect on the conditions for earning a doctorate—especially in the humanities—and to advocate externally for the resulting issues.
